Personnel Team

The Personnel Team supports the congregation and the ministers by providing administrative review and advice on all personnel matters concerning church staff. The team is made up of members from Session, the Stewardship and Planning Team of Session and the congregation-at-large.

Besides responding to staffing requirements, annual performance reviews of the non-clergy staff are carried out and budgetary salary figures are developed and presented to the Finance Team and Session. The team also maintains personnel policies and procedures, administers staff contracts and consults with other Presbyterian churches concerning personnel functions and issues.
