Veterans Association Food Bank
For the past several years, St. Andrew’s has focused our ‘gratitude and generosity’ at this time of year toward the Veterans Association Food Bank. A pillar initiative of this organization is ‘Veterans helping Veterans’, which helps develop programs best suited to the support of fellow Veterans and Veteran families.
At the Veterans Association Food Bank, Veterans have found a sense of purpose and support that has helped change lives. We provide more than a social opportunity to our Veterans. We provide more than just food to our Veterans. Our programs prevent hunger, homelessness and suicide. Our programs help enrich the lives of Veterans and offer them hope for the future.
As we spend this fall at STAC thinking about Neighbouring and Community, please consider providing financial assistance to enrich the lives of Veterans and offer them hope for the future.
