October 5, 2025 - Increase our Faith! (World Wide Communion)Rev. Laurie McKay “Increase our faith!” the disciples cried. We still long to have more faith when surrounded by an imperfect world. Scripture tells us that “the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. So do not be ashamed.” Like the smallest rudder helping navigate the uncertain seas, so the smallest faith in a powerful God, makes all the difference.

Grateful, Thankful, BlessedMinister, Moderator, Marvel On Tuesday, September 25 our very own Rev. Laurie McKay was inducted as Moderator of the Presbytery of Calgary-Macleod. You will notice Laurie is wearing a mask to keep others safe from ‘travel germs’. The outgoing Moderator, Heather Bryant, and Rev. Laurie bumped elbows in celebration of this transition! This will be a ‘more than busy’ year for Rev. Laurie, so give her all the encouragement you can as she is now OUR Minister, PRESBYTERY’S Moderator, and quite simply a MARVEL! St. Andrew’s and Presbytery are blessed to have such a dedicated, positive, and energetic presence in our midst. |

Intergenerational Christmas MusicalSunday, November 23 This year our musical will focus on what it truly means to belong. Gloria is a young girl who’s been adopted and is a little unsure about sharing her story. She finds the courage to open up, discovering that Christmas is actually a story of adoption too. Just like she was lovingly chosen by her family, we’ve been lovingly adopted into God’s family. |
