Oct 19, 2025 - The Challenge of PrayerRev. Dr. Dale Woods We welcome Rev. Dr. Dale Woods, our speaker for Synod this weekend. Jesus uses an odd parable to encourage the disciples to pray. Is it our persistence that makes a difference? Or God’s nature to hear and answer? Come and ponder with us, the challenge of prayer.

Intergenerational Christmas MusicalSunday, November 23 This year our musical will focus on what it truly means to belong. Gloria is a young girl who’s been adopted and is a little unsure about sharing her story. She finds the courage to open up, discovering that Christmas is actually a story of adoption too. Just like she was lovingly chosen by her family, we’ve been lovingly adopted into God’s family. |

Sanctuary mental health ministry update: the impact of stigma
This week, we will look at discuss the impact of stigma on those experiencing mental health challenges.
The experience of stigma, much like the experience of exile, removes people from community and prevents them from experiencing fullness of joy. More than fifty percent of people living with mental health challenges report experiencing stigma. They learn how to talk negatively about themselves because others judge them.
You don’t need to attend all eight weeks of this program to benefit from it. You will be warmly welcomed for any week that you are able to attend.
