Rev. Dr. Jean Morris

On Christ the King Sunday, the last Sunday of the Christian year, we hear Jesus’ parable about the last judgement. It’s not about sheep and goats, but how we care for others.

Whether you donated things for us to sell, helped out as a volunteer, or came to buy our wonderful treats and treasures, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for your overwhelming generosity!
Over 250 lunches were served, 1800 tarts and 64 pies have been consumed or claimed by grateful purchasers, well-loved treasures have found new homes.  A library full of adventures is awaiting new readers, and special gifts will be under the tree from our craft room.
Thanks to all the hands and hearts involved, we have raised over $13,000. We are blessed, thank you all.

Healing through Loss - this coming Monday

Healing through Loss - this coming Monday

Everyone is invited to consider joining us for an evening of reflection and fellowship Monday November 27th at 7:30 PM. Live streaming will also be available.  Our guest speaker, Terri Wexler, has a masters degree in social work and has trained with Dr. Alan Wolfelt of the Centre for Loss and Life Transition.  Her area of expertise for over 25 years includes companioning those individuals with myriad types of losses as well as bereavement.
Our very talented guest musicians, Bethany Wickens (vocalist) and John Cabalsa (pianist), will also provide an excellent experience for us.

Sometimes life feels like a puzzle.  Sometimes it feels like a maze.

Sometimes life feels like a puzzle.  Sometimes it feels like a maze.

It has twists and turns, and sometimes you can’t seem to find the right path.  You find yourself going the wrong way, and have to turn around and choose a different path.
Come and hear our intergenerational choir as we share songs and stories about ‘Finding our way to Jesus’.  That, after all, is the true journey and destination of Christmas.  Come join us Sunday, December 10th!

Please Consider Serving SATURDAY MORNING in preparing our Church building and grounds for Christmas

The beginning of Advent is just over a week away. Traditionally St. Andrew’s sets up a nativity display of angels, a manger, and Christmas lights on our front lawn during Advent. The Facilities team invites all congregation members to join us on THIS Saturday November 25th at 11:00 am to set-up our Advent display. We expect the set-up should take about 60-90 minutes.  Please join us - it’s a great way to start our Christmas celebrations!  ~  Don Koch

You Can Help Our Church School Children Be Santa!

You Can Help Our Church School Children Be Santa!

One of the goals in our church school program is to teach our children awareness of the needs of others. The children love to take that awareness to the next level, and they will complete a mission project at our Christmas Eve service (at 4:00 pm) by decorating and filling individual packages for children in need. The packages will be delivered to WINS (Women in Need Society) who will distribute them for us. Members of the congregation can help by bringing items to put in the gift bags.

Service of Repentance, Healing and Hope December 3, 2023 - 1 pm (MST)
