Jan 11, 2026 - Adoption through BaptismRev. Laurie McKay Today we remember that Jesus was baptized and calls us to baptise. Baptism is a way to connect with God, with a clean spirit. The Spirit that comes on us in baptism, refreshes us daily. Christian community reminds us that we cannot practice faith on our own. Today we welcome people into this community through baptism and profession of faith. Together we are part of God’s family of Justice and Compassion.

Grateful, Thankful, Blessed
And what a Christmas it was! St. Andrew’s, as usual, responded. The problem with listing things is that someone might be missed. So to anyone who contributed something that isn’t in the following list, please know that God saw your contribution and values you and your work! We do too!! |

Office Staff - Who does what?!?
We thought you may all like to know who to reach out to for specific things now that we’ve completed our ‘office staff restructuring’. Solange (works Monday-Thursday, 9:00 - 2:30):
Dolly (works Monday-Thursday, 9:00 - 4:00):
Debby (works Tuesday & Wednesday, 9:00 - 4:30):
Please know that we are ALL willing to take whatever requests come our way and make sure they get to the right person - we know transitions take time… and that it will take ‘we Presbyterians’ time to get used to CHANGE!!! :) |

Sudanese Feast - January 25th
For over 25 years, the South Sudanese congregation has been worshiping in the afternoons each Sunday at St. Andrew's. There are now approximately 80-90 people who gather. They worship primarily in Nuer at 1:30 pm. If you would like to experience African worship, you are always welcome! Once a year, the congregation sponsors a feast to share with the morning congregation at St. Andrew's. The feast planned for January 18th has been postponed to January 25 starting at 3:00. You don't need to travel to Africa to get a taste of their culture, their food, and their warm hospitality. Please join us for either worship at 1:30 in the Sanctuary, or just the Feast on January 25 at 3:00 pm in Trinity Hall. |

Who is it that you seek?
As we move deeper into the season of light announced by Epiphany, it is good to ask ourselves this question. In our community of faith, many of us will answer, “We seek the Lord our God.” The Northumbria Community is a community of faithful seekers, based in the UK and graced with friends and followers around the world. Their daily prayers provide a reliable guide for those who seek the living God. For more infomation visit:
